Jim with the first visit gave no pressure info on why Subaru should be our choice. He showed us and explained the Outback, Forester and Crosstrek models and then let us leave to decide to buy or not. My nephew Brandy Smith had suggested we check out Subaru as he and his wife had just bought from at Spokane Subaru. When we told him that we were going for the Crosstrek we found out that was one they were buying. Brandy then set up a sale appointment with Ethen who was the salesman he had bought from. Ethen worked with me to find a Crosstrek I liked and negotiated sale with my nephew. Tyler Holmes explained all the costs and the licensing procedures and I had a new car. More

First Subaru :) I have shopped/purchased vehicles via dealerships in the past, and I have to say this was absolutely the best buying experience I’ve been a part of. A new vehicle is often a daunting experience, especially when it is a necessity, rather than a scheduled upgrade. We contacted Subaru via an online inquiry. We did not have a trade-in, as we had just received the news that my current car was beyond fixable, (and the reason for our inquiry). Aaron Hauer responded to our online inquiry very promptly. Though we live in Spokane, my partner works in Alaska, which can make these moments a bit tricky. Aaron was phenomenal in working around the logistics of spotty reception, time zones, and a few thousand miles. I cannot say enough about the sincere, non-pressuring, informative, and truly above and beyond, customer service of not only Aaron, but the financial team as well. Tyler was friendly, professional, and incredibly patient with my questions; which was greatly appreciated during my first “brand new” car purchase. I feel exceptionally good about our purchase of a 2016 Crosstrek, and very confident in the continued support of the team at the dealership. These gentlemen truly speak volumes for the brand, and the team at Spokane Subaru. I cannot say thank you enough!!! More

Steve Blue made every step of this process easy and positive. Not only is he very efficient, friendly and professional, he went beyond expectation when he delivered my new Outback to me (I live two hours away) on his day off! Now, that is exceptional service! Tyler Holmes, also took great efforts to find my the best loan option and explained possible warranties, coverage that I might want to consider for my situation. Neither Steve or Tyler were "pushy" or "hurried" in the interactions and it was a very comfortable and helpful experience. More

Great Experience Although the 2 vehicles I initially was interested in were sold before I was able to get to Spokane, the salesperson was willing to help me find anoth Although the 2 vehicles I initially was interested in were sold before I was able to get to Spokane, the salesperson was willing to help me find another that would meet my needs and also my budget. I at no point felt pressured to "upgrade" to something more expensive or even pressured to purchase anything that day (by the salesperson or the dealership). Because of the distance from Spokane that I live, they were willing to work with me to ensure I wouldn't have to unnecessarily make trips to retrieve paperwork or the second key to the vehicle I purchased (which was unavailable the day I bought the car). The financial person worked out a great package so that I could make payments and not have outrageous interest. I have never had such a great experience while looking at cars and buying cars. I would recommend this dealer if you are looking for a new to you car. More

Awesome vehicle! Well our car was 10 years old and it was time for a new one. My wife wanted a Subaru Outback for sometime. So after a little internet research, we settled on Subaru of Spokane. Looked online at their Certified Preowned vehicles, found one we liked and contacted Steve Blue. Went to the dealer and was met by Steve, found the car we looked at online, checked it out and test drove it. Steve was extremely helpful on the particulars of the Outback, drove back to the dealer and made it ours. No pressure and it was the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. Good Experience I purchased a Subaru within the last month from Subaru of Spokane. The salesman took the time to review everything about the car I was considering and I purchased a Subaru within the last month from Subaru of Spokane. The salesman took the time to review everything about the car I was considering and answered all of my questions, he knew his stuff! I wound up purchasing the car after a healthy, but lengthy, negotiation process. In the end I left with a new car at a price that I was comfortable with and felt the overall experience was as good as expected considering car buying is never a "good time" in my book. I would recommend this dealership and my salesman, Steve Blue, to anyone who inquires. Also - I wanted to note that we had our toddler with us the entire time at the dealership and she had plenty of room to run and enjoyed the TV and toys offered in the waiting area. While I wouldn't recommend following my lead and bringing a child for a car purchase day, the layout of the facility and friendly staff made us feel better about the decision to bring her. More
