His level of customer service is something that I honestly have never seen before. From the initial quote of the car I wanted to tracking an exact inbound 2015 Ice Silver Legacy 3.6R (only one of two in the entire Northwest), to dealing with the 3 week delay (out of his control -- it was due to construction at the port/distribution location), Aaron was always there for me to provide status updates. No matter the day or time, Aaron was available to answer my questions. He even took time on his days off to assist me, that is simply incredible. I want to thank Aaron for his professionalism and overall support and service throughout this transaction. Thanks to him I am a new happy and completely satisfied Subaru owner, and even after the deal was complete, he has made himself available to answer my questions and point me in the right direction since I live 300 miles away. Aaron went above and beyond the extra mile to coordinate the shipment of my car and everything logistical and I truly appreciate his service. Like I said, I can go on and on, but words can't truly describe how helpful he has been for me over these past 1-2 months.
