Absolutely horrible. They're nice to you if you're spending money, but when you take your car there a week after you buy it because your 4x4 went out, they're rude. I've had this car less than 4 month spending money, but when you take your car there a week after you buy it because your 4x4 went out, they're rude. I've had this car less than 4 months, and I've only actually had it for about a month and a half. It's been in the shop so much. I took it to my mechanic after it came back from Russ Darrow with more issues than it came with. I've now put 3k into repairs for a car I've had less than 4 months. I didn't want the car originally and got pushed into it, when I asked what was wrong they said nothing was wrong and it was sound. Come to find out the brakes have been leaking for a while, the tire was fixing to fall off, tie rod, ball joint, wheel bearing, and brake pads all needed replacing already. The struts are wearing out way too soon. I'm glad I took it to my mechanic instead of Russ Darrow, I'm driving cross country in a couple weeks and there's no way I would have made it safely if I had just trusted Russ Darrow. I will never purchase from one of those snakes again. They screwed me up the xxx and now because of all the money I have to put into repairs, I'm having to take out a loan to pay my bills. Never ever buy from them if you want a reliable vehicle. They cannot sell you a decent car. More
