DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS DEALERSHIP. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A DEALERSHIP. These salesmen at this dealership are predatory salesmen that do not care a single bit about your experience and are just tryin EVER AT A DEALERSHIP. These salesmen at this dealership are predatory salesmen that do not care a single bit about your experience and are just trying to get their commission. We were looking to buy a new car and a salesmen kindly helped us test drive the car. After not being able to come to an agreement on price we kindly left. All week then 4/5 salesman constantly called interrupting my work week telling us to come back in the following week, they had interest in getting a deal done and would lower their price to meet our terms. Mind you this dealership is very far from where I live so I asked all of them if a) the car was still available and b) they would in fact lower the price. Well day of we get to the dealership and they tell us they sold the car the night before. WE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THIS CAR THE MORNING OF. Nobody at this dealership had the audacity to inform us and instead allowed us to drive all the way to their dealership. These guys are not worth your time and they do not care about you. You can get a better price and certainly a better experience from other dealerships within the area. More

Richy, Tyler, Chris, and Michael modified their car buying procedures to accommodate me and my family due to our unique COVID needs with everything from test drives, quotes for vehicles, to the actual buying procedures to accommodate me and my family due to our unique COVID needs with everything from test drives, quotes for vehicles, to the actual purchase of our vehicle. They were empathetic to our concerns and worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted. I had a very very bad experience with Tyler here in the dealership today, 1/30/21.big liar, don’t work your price with him. Won’t sell the price agreed in the email, and he told us offer doesn’t mean sell dealership today, 1/30/21.big liar, don’t work your price with him. Won’t sell the price agreed in the email, and he told us offer doesn’t mean sell, ridiculous. Thank you, I learned another lesson. Listen, If you can’t sell me the price, don’t say yes to my question, I wouldn’t come over, and now I’m here, you said you can’t sell me at this price, you wasted three of us 6 hours today for nothing. More

Our previous car suffered a fatal overheating event (on my wife's birthday), which is what brought us to the dealership, and the fact my father is a loyal Honda brand customer (1-Civc, 1-Pilot, 2-CRVs). Up my wife's birthday), which is what brought us to the dealership, and the fact my father is a loyal Honda brand customer (1-Civc, 1-Pilot, 2-CRVs). Upon reaching we were directed to Jacque Brown. Jacque was very understanding and happens to be a fellow Veteran. He provided us with amazing knowledge and was very personable, kind, and considerate of what brought us to the dealership. He worked hard for us and kept all our preference and needs in mind. Once we settled on the vehicle (CRV), we met Tyler Langford. Tyler was very personable, kind and was able to work with us and get us our best deal possible. He was very considerate of us being in this situation on the day of my wife's birthday. We reached a deal and own and own our second Honda. We are over the moon with the car, the features, but especially the kindness and respect we received from both Jacque and Tyler. I highly recommend visiting Jacque and the team and experience the feeling of belonging to the Heritage family. More
