We dropped the car off the night before as 6:30 am is way too early. I received a text right away in the morning to let me know they found my car and were getting to work on it. I have had a few different issues going on with my car, so have had to visit the service department a few times close together. Each time, the customer service has been excellent. Communication is approp so have had to visit the service department a few times close together. Each time, the customer service has been excellent. Communication is appropriate, professional, and timely. Tyler has been my point of contact. I can't think of one thing I would change, or suggest needs improvement.
