Consistently great service. I received a free loaner to use for the day. As I live on Northfield it made it easy for me to run errands. The updates let me know the status of my repairs. Super personable service! Normally oil changes are an express service, but they allowed me to make an appointment so I wouldn't be waiting too long with newborns in tow. Tyler quickly greeted us when we express service, but they allowed me to make an appointment so I wouldn't be waiting too long with newborns in tow. Tyler quickly greeted us when we arrived and Mike kept us up to date on the service. The new Subaru waiting area was very nice, and even had a kids room and mothers room. Mike pulled the car in after the service so I didn't have to bring the kids out in the snow. We will definitely continue to come here to service our Subaru! More

From start to finish my experience was nothing less than completely satisfying. The new facility is great! The ease of access in dropping off the car is remarkable and the only thing lacking in the waitin completely satisfying. The new facility is great! The ease of access in dropping off the car is remarkable and the only thing lacking in the waiting room is a view of the Rocky Mountains to the west. (Oh well, the view of the Atlantic Ocean to the east ain't bad.) For me the best part of the experience was Tyler, my customer service rep. What a guy -- professional and courteous and knowledgeable through and through. When I was done and drove off I said to myself, "I used to buy cars for the make and model. Now I am forever a Subaruite because of the service center. No kidding. More
