Service check in was smooth and simple. Was a little disappointed that when I selected the dent repair option, I was thinking it could be done at the time of my appointment. I was informed that the guy disappointed that when I selected the dent repair option, I was thinking it could be done at the time of my appointment. I was informed that the guy that does the dent repairs is not located at the dealer. So I cancelled that portion of my service and will do it at a later time. At the end of the service, the sanitizing of my car was a nice touch. However the person went overboard with the spraying and got lots of the sanitizer on the inside of my windshield on the driver's side. Made the windshield hazy and dirty, annoying to drive with till I got home and could use windex to clean it. More

Thus far things have gone well. It felt a little silly changing synthetic oil after eight hundred miles because Subaru goes by time not miles. That’s not the dealerships fault. There’s a YouTube video that reviews my car’s features, it was made by one of the staff from here and it’s the best one I’ve found. All in all, so far so good. More

Came in w/newly discovered bolt and nail in my tire.
