It was ok. When I got home and read the details of the multipoint inspection, it said inspection not taken on brakes. Why wouldn't you check the brakes? To me that is a pretty important part of the inspec multipoint inspection, it said inspection not taken on brakes. Why wouldn't you check the brakes? In for diagnosis/repair of front end vibration. Service rep was most congenial. The visit was a failure. I Was told I should get new tires and an alignment. I had done that just weeks earlier. With new tires all around, how could the mechanic have made that recommendation? Front end vibration continues. I'm 76 years old, and I've never had such poor results. More

Went in for warranty repair. Excellent customer service. They set me up with a rental car free of charge and fixed the issue under warranty.
