Amazing customer care every time!! I wouldn’t bring my Subaru anywhere else!! They did a 24,000 mile service, fixed a recalled airbag issue and replaced the condenser in the A/C in less than 3 hours. Customized 60,000 mile service From start to finish the employees at this location are helpful, kind and professional. I had brake work done at 58,000 miles which included a fluid f From start to finish the employees at this location are helpful, kind and professional. I had brake work done at 58,000 miles which included a fluid flush/replacement. I was able to cut that out of the 60,000 mile service as well as the cabin and air filters which I replace myself. I added a heat shield re-attach, better attach and that was done with a reasonable charge. The young woman that took my payment was great as well. More

Not good. Not impressed. When I was doing a walk around Not good. Not impressed. When I was doing a walk around for the rental , I got wet from a hose from a guy that clearly didn’t give I dropped my Not good. Not impressed. When I was doing a walk around for the rental , I got wet from a hose from a guy that clearly didn’t give I dropped my car off at 0730. I was told they’d call by 1 pm to give me an update. N. No call. I had to call them at 2, and it hadn’t even been looked at yet. Worthless. At least call me with “we don’t have an update” at 1... a rip about getting me wet. Rude. When I called from updates, I was cold transferred abruptly without explanation of the transfer. Rude. The small things add up. Every time I go there for service, it’s terrible. More
