Pleasant experience Making a service appointment on line was very easy. On arrival, my car was disinfected to protect the service worker. Tyler was informative and efficient, informing me of the approximate time needed for the service. Upon picking my car up, it was disinfected again right before I got in to drive home. Bit not satisfied because i came for a recall check and some issues like cabin light, and child seat back latch cover. But no one explained to me the details of the recall and what check they did and also some issues like cabin light, and child seat back latch cover. But no one explained to me the details of the recall and what check they did and also the issue of light and latch was lost in the midst. Came home with the inside of the car smelling of gas for two days now. I wonder if it is normal after an oil change. Otherwise hygiene is taken care of for the safety of staff and customers. Next time I will be more demanding for answers. More
