Pleasant wait time My Forester needed recall work, an oil change, and tire rotation. I opted to read a book outside for the two hour appointment. Employees wore masks an My Forester needed recall work, an oil change, and tire rotation. I opted to read a book outside for the two hour appointment. Employees wore masks and gloves. They sprayed and wiped down door handles, steering wheel, and other touched items—even more than the normal respectful attention. The job was done in an hour and a half, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. More

It’s always a pleasant experience. The service provided is always friendly and efficient. I was bummed that I didn’t get a car wash at the end of the service - the service included an oil change and a few is always friendly and efficient. Key stuck in ignition I had called a couple of times about my problem, and frankly, was unimpressed with the response (especially the second call.) Finally, I decided I had I had called a couple of times about my problem, and frankly, was unimpressed with the response (especially the second call.) Finally, I decided I had to bring the car in. That's when I encountered Jenn (for the appointment) and Tyler, the service writer. These two are gems! They were very helpful, concerned about getting me back on the road and far exceeded my expectations. 6 stars for Jenn and Tyler! More

Easy Visit Tyler has been top notch. My issues have been fairly minor however he's never trivialized my problems. Most recently it was a radio that sporadically Tyler has been top notch. My issues have been fairly minor however he's never trivialized my problems. Most recently it was a radio that sporadically malfunctioned. Naturally when I stopped in it worked perfectly. Next day it was goofy again so I stopped in to show them. No problem, needed a replacement unit that had to be ordered. Let me know when it was in and I literally stopped in that afternoon, took about 45 minutes. More

Oil Change I recently moved from Missoula, MT to MSP.
