Excellent communication and service Check in was quick, safe (masks) and efficient with getting me a rental car for the day. Picking up, with explanation of service, costs was superb. Vehicle Radio I brought my vehicle in to replace the radio and the new one has the same problem. No reception, so much static, reception goes in and out. Where I go to when I want it done right. I bought my Subaru Outback from Luther and they've been great right from the start! I had an issue with the drivers "leatherette" seat cracking and L I bought my Subaru Outback from Luther and they've been great right from the start! I had an issue with the drivers "leatherette" seat cracking and Luther came to the rescue. They sent the seat to get it "patched" and that worked for about a month. I called back when the issues cropped up again and Luther had me bring my car in, drop it off, provided a loaner and had the seat recovered in the area that had the problem. Matches perfectly, in fact, you can't tell anything was wrong. I've had brakes done there, cheaper than my local mechanic. I get my oil changed there because the waiting room is nice and I can get a coke or banana while waiting and using their internet. Get my car back and the oil's been changed and the car washed! Quick service, no surprises, and always friendly and positive. More

Check in was good. Waited for my appointment to be done. Service assistant never came out to go over my questions with me. Since I checked in with someone else since he was MIA. I was in the waiting area af Service assistant never came out to go over my questions with me. Since I checked in with someone else since he was MIA. I was in the waiting area after receiving the text waiting for him to call my name never heard it. Disappointed after 15 mins of waiting went to the cashier asked if my papers where there since he never called my name. They were in the filling cabinet. Was also disappointed with cashier after I Described what happened that she didn’t grab him to go the appointment and questions. It seems you guys are too busy to talk with me. I thinking of taking my business elsewhere if it continues! More
