Incompetence service department Appt made a week in advance of service date, after waiting 2 hour for service, Tyler N informed me. My car was ready earlier than expected. Reason, no parts for the 2 safety recalls and they couldn't replace wiper blades, again no parts. Parts will be available in a couple of days. So why weren't these parts ordered in advance of the service appointment. Tyler wanted to provide a loaner and keep the car, you guessed it, no loaners were available. So I'm leaving the dealership after hours of my day are wasted, in a vehicle that has 2 safety recall, one recall that indicated the vehicle should not be operated until repairs are complete. More
