Tyler was very helpful and pleasant to work with. My only complaint is that I did not like the way Stacey was trying to push the extended warranty on us. I do understand that is his job but Ive never had someone at a dealership google my route to my job, print it off, then proceed to tell me how necessary it is to purchase that warranty! It was a bit insulting to my intelligence and to top it off, he wasnt even correct! Word of advice...dont do that to a customer again. That almost makes me not want to return. Im aware of my route and distance and that had absolutely no weight on my decision. More

The finance team was able to work a miracle! I didn't think I could get out of my current vehicle and into a van before my 3rd baby arrived but they made it happen and we signed papers a day bef I didn't think I could get out of my current vehicle and into a van before my 3rd baby arrived but they made it happen and we signed papers a day before having my 3rd girl! There were a few things agreed on to be fixed and most got resolved easily. However, I had to wait on a muffler, then I had to do the follow up to see when the part was coming in. I kind of got the run around for 3.5 months and when I finally escalated it to the manager, it was taken care of ASAP. More
