She called on a Tuesday to check in, I gave her my list of needs, she conferred with Tyler in finance, and got back with me. They presented me with great options so on Thursday, I visited the facility and had the great fortune to meet Alfred in sales. He and I toured the Prius line-up, test drove several cars. It was great to deal with Alfred, he was greatly knowledgeable about every aspect of the Toyota fleet and worked very hard to find the right model for me. I was about to decide on a car that would have worked nicely when he directed to a car that was on the showroom floor. He thought that would be the car for me.....he was right !
