This has been a very terrible experience for me. I brought my vehicle in to get an oil change, and I asked the service technician to remove something from under the hood of my car that was out of po I brought my vehicle in to get an oil change, and I asked the service technician to remove something from under the hood of my car that was out of position and I was told that I should do extra work on the car. The work was not done correctly resulting in my vehicle being placed back in the shop for over 44 days, and when I try to communicate with the dealership, I received an abundance of pushback and also I want having to have a very disrespectful conversation with a woman who works at the dealership name Natalie Melendez my vehicle is still in the shop and I have not been able to drive it and I’ve had to pay for it while it is not in my possession. I am very displeased about this situation. More
