Went to this dealership to buy a 2025 Toyota sienna attracted by the price. I bought the car on 12/04/25 and picked it up the next morning, then after 5 days I contacted the Sales Manager Matt and exp attracted by the price. I bought the car on 12/04/25 and picked it up the next morning, then after 5 days I contacted the Sales Manager Matt and explained that I made a poor decision and I want to unwind the deal and he said he will contact me back but I never heard back from him then after 2 days I went to Bommarito Toyota in person this time and met another sales manager Elvir and I explained everything but I realized that he is not willing to assist and dismissive then I asked for the Director but he said he is not here and I can only contact him via email then I emailed the director but I never received a response then after 2 days I called Bommarito and finally was able to speak to the director Emile and he said he did not receive my email, anyway I explained everything but he said he can’t unwind the deal and it is too late the car was sold on 12/01/25 and now is 12/15/25 and it’s too late which was not true I signed the paperwork on 12/4/25 and picked on 12/5/25 then contacted the sales manager on 12/09/25 but the director refused and said no, disappointing tactics , which was very disappointing and I regret choosing this dealership, management was unhelpful and dismissive. More

She answered all our questions and guided us in purchasing a brand new car, in understanding all the benefits and resources we could take advantage of, and in getting us a great deal on our old vehicle that we were trading in . She was clear that the waiting could take up to 4 months (other dealerships had mentioned the same thing too). But Rachel kept in touch and believe you me, she got us a brand new car in 1 month! Better still, she collaborated with Tim to ensure we had all our questions about a new car answered. Tim took the time to help us get acquainted with the Toyota App. It was a new level of experience to see two salespeople working collaboratively rather than competitively. Tyler at the finance department helped us to seamlessly work through financing and was extremely patient with our two kiddos - 1 year and 3 years old. I couldn’t recommend Bommarito Toyota enough. This is the worst dealership. The car is almost brand new 2023 but the preown manager sonny he just dont care he yelled at me and he point his finger to my face because im a small girl that cant depend my self. They let us drive the bad car because they only care is they already earn money for me. Dont ever trust this dealership More

When I signed the contract for a very good deal to finance a very good vehicle, I realized that the insurance company is g norms in Bommarito Toyota. I had to leave the car in Bommarito for about a week until I finally got my insurance. They prepared a new contract for me with the date of purchase switched to the date I picked up the car so that I don't have to pay for the week that my car was in their shop. I'm very thankful to Tim and Tyler especially. More
