The kids loved the complimentary Ice Cream and toys, and we loved the fast, yet relaxed buying atmosphere. I never felt pressured, but at the same time I felt we were being informed of the best options available to us, and Rick did a nice job pointing out the many reasons why we should be confident in our decision. The vehicle is pristine, and the warranty is unbeatable. Cody was so knowledgeable of all the features and options of our new vehicle and we are so appreciative of his excellent tutorial.
