Findlay Chrysler does consistently good work on my vehicles. They do it at a very acceptable pace and price. I have gone there for years and plan on continuing. However, the appointment scheduling system has gone down hill and become very frustrating. I just wanted a standard oil change, inspection, and anything else that is on my cars schedule for consumable concern. I picked what I thought was the selection for this online, and after submitting, immediately got an email that my selected date/time was for consultation and not for actually doing the work. I then called Findlay Chrysler, got a person to set up my appointment, then was told that waiting for the car on site was no longer an option. After changing my normal routine, I arrived and found out that it was indeed still an option. Again, the visit was great. Scheduling the appointment was not. More
