Vehicle & Warranty Misrepresentation I purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer Platinum last year and purchased the extended warranty per the dealer recommendation. I now live in Michigan and the I purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer Platinum last year and purchased the extended warranty per the dealer recommendation. I now live in Michigan and the warranty is not accepted by our area Lincoln or Ford dealers because the warranty company is disreputable and do not pay their bills. So the warranty is useless. Also the Explorer quit with all systems flashing - upon investigation of our Lincoln dealer, it shows up that this vehicle had the problem previously but that was never divulged to me when we purchased it. Unbelievably poor business ethics. More

have a Ram 2500 that had an oil leak. I work in have a Ram 2500 that had an oil leak. I work in construction and happened to have a few days off and needed to have the truck fixed NOW! I came in on have a Ram 2500 that had an oil leak. I work in construction and happened to have a few days off and needed to have the truck fixed NOW! I came in on December 30th and they took a few minutes to see what as happening, They scheduled me for January 2nd, arranged a loaner car, received all the parts by Friday the 3rd, fixed the oil leak, repaired all the factory recalls and still finished by lunch time on Friday. I didn't even mention the recalls, they stepped up and fixed them since it was there. ANd they kept me informed on the progress on Thursday and when it was ready on Friday. They explained all of the work that was done, why it was done and how it was done. I'd give them 10 stars if could. More
