Vehicle & Warranty Misrepresentation I purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer Platinum last year and purchased the extended warranty per the dealer recommendation. I now live in Michigan and the I purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer Platinum last year and purchased the extended warranty per the dealer recommendation. I now live in Michigan and the warranty is not accepted by our area Lincoln or Ford dealers because the warranty company is disreputable and do not pay their bills. So the warranty is useless. Also the Explorer quit with all systems flashing - upon investigation of our Lincoln dealer, it shows up that this vehicle had the problem previously but that was never divulged to me when we purchased it. Unbelievably poor business ethics. More

have a Ram 2500 that had an oil leak. I work in have a Ram 2500 that had an oil leak. I work in construction and happened to have a few days off and needed to have the truck fixed NOW! I came in on have a Ram 2500 that had an oil leak. I work in construction and happened to have a few days off and needed to have the truck fixed NOW! I came in on December 30th and they took a few minutes to see what as happening, They scheduled me for January 2nd, arranged a loaner car, received all the parts by Friday the 3rd, fixed the oil leak, repaired all the factory recalls and still finished by lunch time on Friday. I didn't even mention the recalls, they stepped up and fixed them since it was there. ANd they kept me informed on the progress on Thursday and when it was ready on Friday. They explained all of the work that was done, why it was done and how it was done. I'd give them 10 stars if could. More

100,000 mile servicing I had my 2013 Jeep Patriot serviced on August 3rd. I had a list of things I wanted done and they stuck to this thankfully. I've used to do this serv I had my 2013 Jeep Patriot serviced on August 3rd. I had a list of things I wanted done and they stuck to this thankfully. I've used to do this service myself in the past, but am getting older and not as limble as I once was. Tyler was very good about keeping me informed on the progress of my vehicle. They did find a front wheel bearing that needed replaced and Tyler explained what I needed and set up another time that was convenient for me. The total cost seemed a bit high, but with today's prices I'm not sure that these would have been out of line at any other dealership. Overall I am pleased with the work they performed. More

Horrible service all the way around I don't know how they got 5 star ratings around here I think that's all employees because me as a customer is very very disappointed how they treated I don't know how they got 5 star ratings around here I think that's all employees because me as a customer is very very disappointed how they treated me they tried to scam me from the start and all they did is play games and not even fix my truck my truck still doing the same thing it was doing very horrible how they talk to customers not impressed with the place at all do not recommend this place to anyone I recommend going somewhere else like to Lima or Marysville dealership over theirs they are terrible at customer service and how they do things they know how to try to smooth talk you into thinking something that is all lies I caught them trying to lie about a few different things and they did not like it so they told me I'm not welcome no more to come to their establishment why would I they did not fix my car and they tried to screw me over just beware More
