well, went for oil change, end up with need to replace oil pan, but worse part about it was no one really communicated about the time was gonna take... i had to call and ask about it. other issues i ask oil pan, but worse part about it was no one really communicated about the time was gonna take... i had to call and ask about it. other issues i asked to be checked were not addressed/tires presure, battery check. on paperwork was marked not passed brake fluid/ no explanation. why would i need replacement on 2 year old car? lack of communication¡ More

Terrible experience. Tyler in the service department went above and beyond to take care of me. Incomplete work that took multiple visits to get completed.
