Always great service and support. One glitch with tire rotation. Tech found a nail or screw in tire and because of location "unable to patch". So new tires were needed owing to AWD, claimed tech. I took to another auto service center to verify. Lo and behold, it was a very small screw which only penetrated a small distance into tread. No leak before or after was demonstrated. That saved me at least $600 based on my verification . Not sure why White Bear did not pick this up. More
