I went to Kelly on a Thursday, sure that I wanted a new XT5. I was shown the 5, and 4. Fell in love with the 4. The salesperson explained all of the differences, and sent me home. When we walked into the showroom on the day we were to sign the paperwork and pick up the car, we were warmly greeted by the owner who asked how our vacation was. He along with several staff members thanked us several times for our business and really meant it. Uzma spent extra time showing us all the features of our new car and how to use them. You can tell she cares about her customers, loves her job and the people she works with! This dealership takes customer service seriously and really wants you to have a great buying experience that I believe will carry through to good customer care with the follow up maintenance visits as well. 5 stars for this dealership!
