Set up an appointment and was greeted by Uzma at the dealership. Uzma was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. There was no pressure to buy from anyone at the dealership. Everyone I interfaced with from the manager Allen to Glenn the finance person were all extremely helpful and courteous and of course Uzma. Kelly Cadillac is an organization that treats customers with respect and truly listen to what you have to say.
