However, the utmost respect and professionalism shown to me by both Joshua Ostrow and VJ Donnelly was unparalleled. Joshua took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for and found me an amazing car and deal that surpassed several other dealerships in the area. During the test drive, he thoroughly explained all the features in the car and made sure that I was comfortable with operating them myself. Having leased several times elsewhere in the past, I have felt the "sales pitch" and push to buy from other sales departments. However, I can honestly say that NOT once did I experience this during my interactions with Joshua. I appreciated his genuine approach and willingness to answer any and all questions that I had both in person and over the phone. He truly cared and it showed! VJ Donnelly was also more than helpful and a pleasure to work with. He introduced himself to me during a service appointment a few months prior and took the time to discuss potential lease end options. Truth is, just the IDEA of car shopping brought on such stress and anxiety for me, that I did anything and everything I could to avoid it. Jeff Berman was a low pressure salesman and stuck to his word with pricing of the vehicle. When I dealt with finance, they were quick with the paperwork and there were no high pressure tactics for buying any additional products or extended warranties. When I complained about the timing for delivery from the dock, the staff expedited matters and my new car arrived promptly. Registration went smoothly. Marty was great showing me all the features of the car after it arrived. A very good sales team. More
