Another Great Experience I had another great experience at RBM Alpharetta. I stopped in to look at a 2017 E400 cabriolet and David and Vadim took really good care of me. He was knowledgeable, I just purchased my first Mercedes from Vadim Russu at RBM of Alpharetta. I must say Vadim delivered an exceptional experience! He was knowledgeable, attentive and pleasant to work with. He followed up on all my requests for additional information regarding the car and the sales process. He truly stayed on top of everything and the level of customer care was unparalleled from the moment I walked through the doors. It just so happens that I purchased my car on my birthday. Vadim was thoughtful enough to provide candles and a cupcake to help me celebrate the occasion. This was not something he had to do as our deal was complete. However, it sure made my day that he went the extra mile. I definitely recommend Vadim Russu and RBM of Alpharetta for the best car buying experience! More
