Exceptional customer service My wife and I were in the market for a new GLS 450. We first shopped at another dealership. While they were very polite they didn't have what we wer My wife and I were in the market for a new GLS 450. We first shopped at another dealership. While they were very polite they didn't have what we were looking for in color and features. It was at the end of the model year and inventory was limited. We left that dealership feeling we might need to compromise on this vehicle. The next day we visited RBM of Alpharetta and met with Vadim Russu. Vadim was exceptional to work with. He showed us what was in their inventory. Once again the exact car we were looking for was not in the inventory. That was not a problem for Vadim and RBM of Alpharetta. Vadim found our car at another dealership and 2 days later we are the proud owners of a new GLS 450 with the exact colors and features we were looking for. Exceptional customer service can come in many forms and Vadim and RBM of Alpharetta exceeded our expectations in every way!!! More

Leasing a Mercedes I went to RMB Mercedes in Alpharetta as a referred Costco customer, with my wife today. We were actually planning to buy a low mileage e class. He was a super nice salesperson. Very help full. He showed us as many old and new E series as well as C-sereis cars. We decided to drive a new C 300 and liked the vehicle a lot. He explaind the pro and con of leasing vs. buying. The car will be for my wife, who opted for leasing a new 2019 red C 300 with a veru few miles in the odo. He helped to fill the leasing forms, upload the App in my wife's iPhone and introduced me to his supervisor and the Accounting person. We drove out with a new Mercedes as a very happy customer. I also got a Mercedes cap and my wife got an Mercedes umbrella as gifts. Van as well as other persons I came in contact to were all very professional and helpful. This was my 13th auto purchase and today's expereince was the best. More

I communicated will all MB dealers in the Georgia state area. Once you buy or lease and finish signing paperwork, they detail the car for you and put it in the showroom with a nice big bow. You then have a personalized assistant spend time describing the features of your new car. Attention to detail and going above and beyond is much appreciated. More

Stellar Service & Sales After buying our 1st AMG 2017 G Wagon 2 months ago we've had nothing but great service from Randy and the service team at RBM of Alpharetta Funny After buying our 1st AMG 2017 G Wagon 2 months ago we've had nothing but great service from Randy and the service team at RBM of Alpharetta Funny enough our sales person Vadim Russu texted me last week, April 22nd regarding another great AMG 2017 G Wagon they just took in and asked if I knew someone that would be interested. After having a look at the vehicle in person, within 24 hours we had a agreement in place and like our 1st purchase Vadim stayed with us throughout the entire process as he did the 1st purchase 2 months ago to ensure it was seamless. - Indeed it was - Total time at the dealership was less than 1 hour. We've now purchased 2 AMG 2017 G Wagons within 2 months and the overall experience has been stellar! We'd like to thank Vadim and Randy along with Melissa from service for always making us feel like a priority. I think we are set for awhile on new cars, but in the future we plan on returning to see these wonderful folks at RBM of Alpharetta on our next purchase!! Thanks again for the cool rides! More

Yesterday, 3.10.19 we purchased a 2017 Mercedes AMG 63 from the store and the entire experience was outstanding. Not only did the negotiations go smoothly with Vadim, the paperwork and handling of our transaction by Sharon Thompson was stellar. All done and out the door in less than an hour. I really appreciate when someone values our time and our money when it comes to these types of purchases.
