Best experience buying a car ever! I have to say, I have bought several cars in my time, but this was the best experience I have ever had. Good enough for me to type this review. We I have to say, I have bought several cars in my time, but this was the best experience I have ever had. Good enough for me to type this review. We bought a black GLS450 working with Vadim Russu. The specific one we wanted was actually not available, but Vadim found one that was still in the production phase. It was about 3 weeks out, but Vadim kept in touch and gave us continued progress report. When the car arrived, he set proper expectations that the whole process may take 2-3hrs, so I set up time appropriately. Vadim was very professional, he provide timely and detailed information, he was patient when I challenged him and forthcoming with the information I was requesting. I had an enjoyable experience and very happy to refer Vadim and the team at RBM if you are in the market for a car and would rather have a memorable experience. More
