One word...AMAZING! Just bought my first Mercedes Benz a few days ago, and I can only sum up my experience in one word: AMAZING! Vadim and David were extremely helpful i Just bought my first Mercedes Benz a few days ago, and I can only sum up my experience in one word: AMAZING! Vadim and David were extremely helpful in getting my monthly payment to an amount I was comfortable with, and I also never once felt pressured. I also appreciated Vadim staying in constant contact with me on the status of my car and when it would be ready for pick-up. The day I picked up my car, Vadim had of all of my paperwork ready, and just made the process seamless and easy. I was literally in and out of the dealership with my new car in under an hour. Words can't express the friendliness, helpfulness, and just all around amazing customer service I received from Vadim and everyone at RBM Alpharetta. I'm most definetely coming back here for my next Mercedes! See ya in 3 years Vadim! :-) More

Very good experience Vadim was a real pleasure to work with. I called initially just to ask a question about a vehicle I had seen on line. He was VERY helpful. When I called back, Vadim was busy so I asked to speak to another salesman. Fabian was equally helpful. I didn't want to waste my time driving up to see the car so I asked about all the flaws. The two of them worked together and detailed every scratch. Vadim even texted me photos!!! I told him that I was coming to see the car and when I arrived, he had it pulled up front and all ready for us to go on a test drive. The car was great, but I am very thorough, so I took it to another local dealer to be checked. They reported minimal "issues" - including dirty air filters. The car fax showed they had been changed by RBM so I was very suspicious. When I got back to RBM and told Vadim, he literally found the service technician who had worked on the car and brought him out to see me. The technician pulled out the filters right in front of me and showed me that they were in fact clean!!! Mmmmh I wonder where the dirt disappeared to that the Toyota dealer found!!........POINT MADE...RBM are true to their word..... I purchased the car. The process was flawless. I believe from conversations with Vadim and the service tech that they only sell decent cars. Others get sent to auction so they don't tarnish their reputation. More

Easiest Car Buying Experince Ever! I inquired about the vehicle that caught my eye on the internet and was quickly contacted by Vadim Russo where he encouraged me to come in and take a I inquired about the vehicle that caught my eye on the internet and was quickly contacted by Vadim Russo where he encouraged me to come in and take a look upon its arrival to the store. Vadim answered all my questions and settled my concerns. It was well worth my trip from midtown because I was instantly treated like a valuable customer at RBM and not as another "tire kicker" like at other dealerships. Vadim made me feel like I was a big spender when in fact, I was so excited just to be able to even get into the brand at my price point. My like new CLA250 is beautiful, well cared for, and a great value with all its bells and whistles. My special thanks goes out to Vadim, his attention to detail, and his team @ RBM for making my it all so easy! Customer service at its best and I will definitely be back for more! More

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! It was time for me to turn in my lease and I had a little over three weeks left to make a decision. I had been working with another dealer and just c It was time for me to turn in my lease and I had a little over three weeks left to make a decision. I had been working with another dealer and just couldn't close the deal. It was either the right car at the wrong price or the right price and the wrong car! I decided to check the other dealerships in the area and came across RBM of Alpharetta online. I saw an exquisite E350 listed in their inventory with a price that seemed too good to be true. I just had to see it in person. I hesitated because Alpharetta was so far away. After speaking with Andy Sayers, I made an appointment to see and drive the car. Andy informed me he was going to be out and told me that Vadim Russu would take care of me. His last words to me were "you're going to buy that car because it is a beauty." Well, Andy was right! The experience was incredible - who knew that buying a car could be this easy? No pressure, no hassle, no buyers remorse. Every employee was a joy to interact with, especially Neil Turry. It was a celebration after my purchase with pictures and hugs! It was THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER and well worth the 120 mile round trip! More

Amazing customer service! I felt as though Vadim Russu went over and above the call of duty to help me secure my new company car from RBM. Due to internal issues at our company I felt as though Vadim Russu went over and above the call of duty to help me secure my new company car from RBM. Due to internal issues at our company the deal was about 30 days old by the time RBM received their check. Vadim not only followed up with me in a timely manner, never pushing and he actually carefully contacted the correct person at our HQ and found the issue with the check that no one else could seem to do. The day of delivery was swift, easy and an extremely professional experience. I hope the rest of my experience with my new M.Benz is as positive as the purchase experience was. More

ABOVE AND BEYOND FIRST CLASS! Normally I think of “first class” as a pretty normal declarative phrase. No, really, how often do you hear that service was first class; the guy is f Normally I think of “first class” as a pretty normal declarative phrase. No, really, how often do you hear that service was first class; the guy is first class; classy, classy, classy. But what impresses us the most is forthright human interaction. Honesty beyond doubt as noted in the voice, the eyes, the knowledge, the results. Enter Vadim Russo. My wife, Mary, and I were delighted with this man, his knowledge, his patience (our first Mercedes Benz) his personality (he’s so understated he’s perfect for his job, and I’ve casted theatrical projects), his interest in us (he was delighted that our grandson was born during the sales process, and followed up on our wonderful news). Now once Mary and I decided on the C250, a 2013, Vadim and I got to an eye-to-eye understanding quickly . . . over the phone, messaging, and of course in person. The rest was easy. Neil Turry as I understand it was behind the scenes and I knew the first requests were answered and accommodated very fairly. Lisa Brennan was a joy to work with and made our financing structure very easy. Finally, Dian Evans patiently delivered our car as if she were delivering another baby to us; but this time our baby and not another grandchild. It was a pre-owned C 250. Now when have we been treated like royalty when buying a car? let alone a “used” car? Absolutely never until we first contacted Vadim Russo. More
