I do not recommend this dealership. I came in with a pre-approval and a specific vehicle in their inventory, expecting a straightforward purchase. Communication was excessive and borderline harassing for days, yet they failed to get required information to my bank in a timely manner (Valencia) — after multiple days of disruption and delay, I took time off of work to liaison for bank and dealership (dealership was unresponsive to lenders outreach). We live nearly three hours away, and the manager agreed to meet halfway to complete the transaction. On the day of, he told the salesperson (Ernesto) not to honor that. I signed all paperwork and confirmed the title details at signing. Six weeks later, finance (Bernardo) contacted me saying they missed required title signatures and asked me to re-sign documents already completed, while attempting to keep the original transaction date. Ernesto was our direct sales contact and did his best to navigate what felt like a very dysfunctional internal process. He shows potential as an emerging leader, but seems limited by the lack of organization and support around him. Overall, highly unprofessional and poorly managed. I would not trust this team in any capacity. More
