service needed and road trip ready We, Grindel, my CR-V, and I are back from Wilde East Towne Honda Service Dept. We received our friendly welcome as soon as the garage door opened. Valerie Rich, Grindel's service advisor, was instantly on the spot ready to be sure Grindel's issues were recorded and my questions asked. Mostly tho she advised me about what services the crew would provide while thoroughly and professionally answering all of my questions and concerns. We have a service plan. Escort to the waiting area for a comfortable wait. Love the popcorn and coffee which I look forward as routine as I catch up on some reading. Wilde has it all covered. Every detail! When the highly trained and certified crew is finished with fast, comprehensive, and reasonably priced service, Grindel's after visit summary was presented. Valerie again flawlessly navigated me thru it all adding detail, insight and explanation to my inquiries. She also foreshadowed the next milestones to expect for Grindel's continued care. I anticipate no big surprises for our next visit and I can budget ahead. First line professionals like Val keep me coming back to Wilde. She lays the groundwork for a successful and satisfying visit. The crew does great work. Val ties it all together. Following some needed service and Grindel's safety check, we are now ready for our anticipated road trip as mother and car of the bride-to-be. Wilde emp Would like to thank all at Wide Honda Madison for their fantastic customer service during the recall of my 2011 CR-V for the airbag recall. Wilde employees were polite, professional and went out of their way to provide me with a loner vehicle and continually checked with me on how I was doing with the vehicle. Once the part was in they scheduled me right away at my earliest convenience. When the time comes to replace my CR-V I will definitely shop Wilde for a replacement Honda. Great Place! Bought 2 brand new cars from them Dan was very friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, and honest about the deal. He got me a great trade in value and a good price on a brand new cr-v. I had been stuck in another brand that did not feel safe, from a horrible dealer. My wife did not want me in it anymore. she had just gotten an awesome top of the line accord from them, so I thought I would check out the cr-v. Great utilitarian vehicle in a cute but rugged package. "cute" so my wife will ride with me "rugged" it can do most of the day to day home depot and costco large item stuff. What really sold me on wilde is the great service department. I had never been to a place before that you drive in and they automatically check your alignment and treat you with a lot of respect. I was use to a much less professional service departments, so when I started going to wilde I had a list of things I wanted them to check or do. before I could even ask they had already addressed them to me! with our busy lives it's great that we don't have to remember everything. they'll take care of it. Not only have I been surprised by how much we love our new Civic, but the service that we've experienced has been second to none. Whether we come in with just a question or for a car wash, everyone is exceptional to work with. It absolutely shows how important customer service is to them. Fantastic Customer Service !!! I was taking my family on a vacation to the Dells coming from Milwaukee when my Honda Pilot had trouble just near this dealership, on a Saturday. I c I was taking my family on a vacation to the Dells coming from Milwaukee when my Honda Pilot had trouble just near this dealership, on a Saturday. I could tell there was something seriously wrong as my car could not go above 25 mph. Valerie and Mike in service were outstanding. They realized I was not a regular customer, but they still wanted to do everything they could to take care of me. The loaned me a brand new Honda Odyssey minivan for free so we could make it to the Dells and stay on track for our vacation. In all, this whole disastrous experience just added 30 minutes of time to our trip. They said "just fill up the car with gas upon your return" which was awesome. I then drove back to Madison, picked up my car which was repaired properly and I have been fine ever since. What could have been a really bad weekend, has been replaced with a great vacation and a story of how Valerie and Mike made lemonade out of a lemon. I can only imagine how great they would be to deal with if I lived in the area. They were exceptional to deal with. My whole family was impressed. They made me look like a hero. More

Kudos to Valerie and Mike. I bought brand new 2015 crv on 11/13/15 from you, on 12/30 began to notice problems with my transmission- not smooth, rpms up and down without even ac I bought brand new 2015 crv on 11/13/15 from you, on 12/30 began to notice problems with my transmission- not smooth, rpms up and down without even accelerating, would shift when on a flat roadway, then D started flashing continuously! Called wild east town, person in service did not seem overly concerned and knew of flashing D. I took it in ASAP and first service guy seemed concerned and said, ''That sounds serious'', my reply, ''It is, this is a brand new car''. The next guy said we should drive it awhile around the area and see how the car acted. The car didn't do what it had been doing, so the guy said take it home and see what happens. I live 90 min from Madison. Honestly, I was very frustrated at this point feeling like I wasn't being listened to. I drove around awhile and decided I was going back to wild shop and demand my car be put on the computer. They earlier said that wouldn't do any good. I went back and no more got out of my car, and by luck Mike walked over and asked what the problem was, I told him and when he heard about the flashing D, he immediately said, ''You've got a problem and asked for a loaner car for me. Finally someone listened! Then Val started working with me and I can not say enough about her concern and help. They worked on the car, called me to get it, Val said if any more problems bring the car back in. I went home and the car started doing the same thing again within 1-2 weeks. I called Val and she started the ball rolling. She got me a loaner car, she called me to let me know the progress of checking my transmission. She wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the loaner car. She eventually called to say they were putting a brand new transmission in my car because the tests confirmed there was a major problem. More than once she said, ''I understand how you feel, you want to feel safe in a car, and that's why you chose to buy new''. Val kept me updated on the progress of the repair and I knew she really did care about my situation. I can not say enough about her commitment, concern, and genuineness. She even made sure they put my car through the car wash before I took it home.Kudos to her and also to Mike. I am so happy to have my car back working wonderfully. I know the east town Honda dealership has my back. Thank you from a happy customer. More
