Valerie Rorie was recently promoted to our service manager role at Hyundai Hickory. Valerie has been a very successful service advisor in our PVV service department for over 10 years. She joined our Hyundai / Genesis Service Team December 2022 as Assistant Service Manager. Valerie started in the car business as a detailer at age 18. Valerie loves Siberian Husky dogs and currently owns 3 Huskies and 1 Blue Heeler. They own a mini farm with 4 dogs, goats, chickens and quail.

Having problems with Genesis. Needed to speak with service manager before I travel 100 miles for service appointment. I tried 3 times for someone to contact me to discuss issues.
