I haven't purchased a new car since my 2006 Honda CRV so it was a big leap to change from Honda to Subaru. I did a lot of research but still had questions when I met came to Camelback Subaru. Kaden Nguyen set me up to meet with Todd Mitteness, who was patient and never applied any pressure, and helped me reserve my new Forester at a fair price which was delivered right on the date he promised; Kaden made the delivery process completely transparent and smooth, with lots of training on the new technology; and Tully Keane gave me great guidance on warranty and other options to finalize the deal. My adult son who came with me to pick up the car said "these are really nice guys!" I will recommend Camelback Subaru to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. Thank you so very much!!! 5 star service!!! I feel lucky to have found Camelback Subaru. When I couldn't find the car I was looking for in Los Angeles, I expanded my search to dealerships that I feel lucky to have found Camelback Subaru. When I couldn't find the car I was looking for in Los Angeles, I expanded my search to dealerships that were a short flight away, utilizing Truecar. Gabe Hale was my point of contact, and the reason I agreed to place a deposit over the phone for my Subaru Outback. Gabe's customer skills are impeccable!! When there was a hiccup in the arrival of my car, due to Covid and shipping delays, the whole team stepped in to communicate the issue and the solution. I have negotiated leases and purchases for 11 cars and this was by far the most stream lined, up front, efficient experience I have ever had. Rodrigo did an outstanding job of getting us in a new 2020 VW Tiquan. Hope he stays in this business and goes a long way. I hate to say goodbye to my Passat, but for an old couple like ourselves with 5 grand kids this was the way to go. Our sales manager Joseph was great. He made sure we got what we wanted at a price we could be comfortable with. That's probably the best word that describes this place. Comfortable, feels like some ones home.
