After 25+ years of purchasing 8 vehicles from Nissan, this was my first time buying without my spouse. While Uriah and Brad were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful, I was disappointed with how B this was my first time buying without my spouse. While Uriah and Brad were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful, I was disappointed with how Brad the finance process was handled. Brad gave me a 6.99% rate through my bank, but my bank offered 5.4%, which I only discovered after contacting them directly, which he insist and discouraged me from contacting them. This discrepancy made me question if my best interests were truly considered. Despite Uriah’s professionalism and my loyalty to Nissan, I almost walked out. Sadly, this experience has left me rethinking future purchases with this dealership. More
