This is the best dealership I have ever bought a car from. While my purchase was from Kia and not the Chevy side, we were referred to Derek from a person who bought a car from him. He was such a professional as was everyone else there. My car I bought unfortunately had issues less than a day after I bought it in which several parts were tried and did not resolve. A case was opened with the Kia consumer affairs and THEY were horrible. After 2 months of trying to get answers and getting nowhere, Raymond Kia stepped up and righted a wrong and took the initiative to replace the car on their own with the same model even thought this should have been Kia's responsibility. I am extremely grateful to Van the GM,Tony the sales mgr, Derek the salesman,David the Srv mgr and everyone else who made me feel at ease during this time. Nothing but true professionals at this dealership. 5 stars are not enough. I would give them 10 if I could. They could have treated me like an avg joe after making the sale but they did not. They fought for me and when the manufacturer didn't right the wrong, THEY did. Many Thanks to Raymond Kia. More

Mr. Jimmy Rusch listened to our wants and and ends the provided us with multiple options to choose from and when we were able to narrow down our choices he then work three consecutive days to make sure he was able to meet me and my family’s needs to even include sacrificing his day off in order keep our deal moving without delay. Mr. Van Neff work his magic again, not only to give us the best deal possible but also beat out two other local dealership we were currently working with. Mr David Rich was very professional and thorough going over everything pertaining to this new vehicle purchase while making sure I was treated with the upmost respect, courtesy and fairly from start to finish. As always it’s a pleasure to close out the financial portion with Mr. Cesar Nino who always provides his valuable financial expertise with the customer which gives them additional choices to further protect their new investment as a consumer. Once the deal is done, they pester you continuously through email, phone calls and text messages asking if you're satisfied and asking for good reviews. Even when you ask them to take you off their com through email, phone calls and text messages asking if you're satisfied and asking for good reviews.
