When my husband and I drive up to the entrance of the service department we saw a new RAV4 the exact color I had been looking for. Right away a salesman, Trevor Johnson, came out to help us. From that moment until I finalized the deal, Trevor was the nicest and most caring salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. We were so pleased that we brought our daughter in a few days later and she bought a car with him. Trevor is an asset to the Hampton Toyota dealership. More

Still Waters I went to the dealership to have my brake light changed and then this happened. While I was waiting I asked to speak to the 'quietest, most patient s I went to the dealership to have my brake light changed and then this happened. While I was waiting I asked to speak to the 'quietest, most patient sales person in the building' because I was going to be asking a lot of possibly unrelated to each other questions that a pushy/impatient person wouldn't have time for. A short version is various takes on trading in a vehicle w/97,000 miles, and three years left to pay. Halfway through our exploration service came to report that I also needed new tires and the estimate was $1000. Due to my twenty questions being patiently explained I was able to determine that for an additional $1000 I could have a new car to go with those new tires. It was a very pleasant, if lengthy, experience. Finance was above and beyond working out a few of the kinks involved with a prior balance transaction. Mr. Vickery also thoughtfully checked on me throughout the time it takes to get that all done. I am a returning customer by the way who works in Texas and keeps and apartment in Lafayette so a safe vehicle is a necessity. The bonus of all of that is that this happened on my birthday...70 years young! What a delightful way to start a New Year and new decade. More
