She made sure all the staff knew that this was a surprise gift for my husband. She went above and beyond even put a nice big red ribbon on the car my husbands face was priceless when he saw it. Flor is an asset to VIP Honda did an extra mile for this transaction. Secondly the general sales manager was very professional and more than fair to work on a fabulous deal. I said I would leave a deposit to hold a car, surprisingly he did not even charge my card until we picked up the car what an amazing treatment. I've leased a car from here and wanted to do so for a second time as well. Eftimov is rude, talks down to people, and should learn to speak and treat others with respect. It blows my mind that their goal is basically chasing costumers away. I went to a different dealership where I was treated with respect and got a way better deal than at this place. I will never go back here ever again, their unprofessionalism is beyond anything I've ever seen before. STAY AWAY! More

After a very poor experience with an unethical Morris County Toyota dealer, I went against what I thought was my better judgment and found myself at VIP. Great experience buying a CR-V I had built the model I wanted online before going to VIP Honda to test drive the car and also get a price quote.
