This is the second time I have bought a car from Vanessa, and if I ever buy another one, I will go directly to her again. I am old, and I have purchased a lot of cars in my time, but I have never had a more and if I ever buy another one, I will go directly to her again. She does not employ any hard-sell tactics or sneaky strategies to slip extra things into the deal. She is forthright and friendly, very knowledgeable, and patiently helps you explore your options and figure out what you want and need. No pressure, and no blustery threats about having to make a quick decision ‘or else’. Our most recent purchase ended with a hug, which is something that I never imagined happening when buying a car. In short, I give Vanessa my highest possible recommendation as the person you need the next time you are in the market for a new car. More

We had a great experience buying our Honda CRV with Vanessa as our salesperson at Zimmerman Honda. First, she set aside the original vehicle we were interested in because we live out of town and couldn Vanessa as our salesperson at Zimmerman Honda. When we decided after our test drive of this vehicle that we wanted additional features, Vanessa gave us several options and was very informative as we test drove 3 more CRVs. She was not a high pressure salesperson at all and was extremely personable.
