When we decided after our test drive of this vehicle that we wanted additional features, Vanessa gave us several options and was very informative as we test drove 3 more CRVs. She was not a high pressure salesperson at all and was extremely personable. Vanessa has been with Zimmerman for quite some time, and it is obvious that she is a valued employee with her knowledge of her product and her fantastic customer service. We highly recommend Vanessa and Zimmerman Honda for their fair pricing, immaculate facility, and customer care. More

I have bought several Hondas from Vanessa and she makes it super easy. It's a pain to drive there -90 miles - but I tried a Honda dealer in my area and was not at all happy with the salesman so I went back it super easy.
