Purchased my very first Lexus after visiting Lexus of Brookfield and working with salesman Bob Hill. What a wonderful experience! Bob's knowledge of the vehicles is immense, as he himself has been an own Brookfield and working with salesman Bob Hill. What a wonderful experience! Bob's knowledge of the vehicles is immense, as he himself has been an owner since the first Lexus was sold! As a female I appreciated the way he treated me and respected my knowledge level of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing and didn't try to push or sway me into a different vehicle or unnecessary upgrades. Very impressed with the vehicle I purchased. Certified and brought to like new condition before being sold. Other dealers did the bare minimum (ie. Replaced only 2 tires instead of 4!???). Based on my personal experience thus far, Lexus of Brookfield is a professional, friendly and reputable dealership. Very happy with my Lexus NX. More
