I never felt pressured or like I was just there to buy a car. They were friendly and so helpful. They answered all of my questions and I had a lot of them. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase and understood what I was getting with my car. They work with me on my trade and the pricingof the vehicle to get it in my price range to make buying my dream vehicle possible. They also spent time explaining all the buttons and options inside the vehicle and set me up with a car to drive while they were adding accessories to my SUV. My overall experience at Toyota of Knoxville was exceptional and I have highly recommended them to my friends and family. More

What i like most about this dealership is that aside for the reasons already stated, the service reps recommended what services are needed and then let the customer decide. I have 2006 Corolla so until I can afford a new one, i want to keep mine in good running order. But you can bet that when i am ready for a new car, i will definitely be at Toyota Knoxville! I was there for my 25,000 mile service and although I knew it was my last freebee, the service rep pointed that out to m Excellent customer service.
