He made the process easy and took the time to walk us through everything without any pressure. I initially viewed the car on my own, and afterwards, Patel sent a short video highlighting the car so I could easily share it with my spouse. He was knowledgeable and took the time to show us how the technology features worked — both before and after the sale — which we really appreciated. Another thing that stood out was how he helped us remove our personal info from the navigation system of our trade-in vehicle, which was not a Volvo. It’s a small detail, but it showed he was thorough and thoughtful. Overall, we are happy with our experience and would definitely recommend working with Patel if you're looking for a new car. More
