He paid attention to everything I said I wanted in a car and provided me with the best selection and hit every key point that aligned with my requirements. To add to that I had such an overall sales team; Allen and Calvin were amazing and couldn’t have made my overall experience smoother not to mention enjoyable. The experience with the purchase of our vehicle was great. Kofi was the first person that came out to assist us when we arrived. He was very personable and known about the vehicles. When we returned to the showroom, we met Calvin. He gave us his undivided attention even thought he continued to help other customers and sales force staff. We had planned a day of visiting 4 dealerships. It's unfortunate for three of them that we stopped here first. Though Calvin worked with us to go to one of your dealers so we could test drive one of the other three models car. We left Saturday, after information over load and hunger, with the promise to return Monday to purchase. We purchased Monday, May 11th, and we got as close to our financial limit as we could, and the vehicle we wanted. Again, a long day, but we are more fully aware of everything then I've ever been about car purchasing. Then Allen explained all the financing questions we had. Great experience all involved. We even met the Service Team and confirmed our first annual mateinance plan. Thank you all for a great experience. More

This was great, especially since I made the purchase by myself, without a person next to me looking at the numbers. I did my research, and felt the prices were right. Hector is a really great person to work with. He’s personable and knowledgeable. I had questions prepared and every one was answered plus a few more facts were thrown in there. He also respected that I knew exactly which car I was working for, and overall everything was delivered. I was not pushed towards something I did not want, but was still at least shown that a few other options were available if I wanted to take a look. Volvo is for life…if I purchase another one, I’m coming back here. More

I called Silver springs inquiring about a car I saw online. Peter spent almost an hour with me talking in-depth about the vehicle in question and our affinity for Volvo's.
