His ability to connect and show you that he genuinely cares about you was awesome! Velco and I had been working on a deal for about a month now due to the fact that I live out of town. I was finally able to make the trip down to test drive the cars and he was professional and well organized with everything I needed. After my first test drive he could tell that I wanted more out of the car so he immediately worked on a solution. Velco was not once made me feel rushed or ever try and push an agenda on me and for that I appreciate him. He worked tirelessly to get me the car I wanted for the price I needed and he succeeded. Great first Infiniti experience! I had never owned an Infiniti before, so I was really nervous and overwhelmed with all the choices and models. Velko was amazing. I felt zero pressure I had never owned an Infiniti before, so I was really nervous and overwhelmed with all the choices and models. Velko was amazing. I felt zero pressure, he took me out for a drive in each of the different models, and he answered every question about every button and feature with complete confidence and expertise. I didn’t feel even slightly rushed at any time. He listened to me carefully and when we found the right one, he knew it was going to be the one before I even got in it because he had pinpointed exactly what I was looking for. I am so excited about my new car! Really fantastic experience, the inventory is unbelievable and Velko made every part of the process not only painless, but actually fun and really pleasant.
