Velko listened, remembered what we told him was attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. He ran all over the lot to locate the vehicles in which we were interested. He helped us every step of the way, right down to orientation and cleaning out our trade in. He even met us on Sunday, his day off, to allow us to drop off our second trade-in.
