Veronica was particularly helpful when the finance department became backed up and escorted me to the main building where I completed the transaction with little delay. This dealership is filled with staff that was courteous and willing to help not just me but every customer present during my time there. If I had any issue it was that the dealer should improve the building for these fine employees to work in. More

He let me test drive the CRV several times until I was sure that was what I wanted. There wasn't that "pushy salesman" attitude that you get at most dealerships. Joe was friendly and dealt with negotiations in a professional manner. Joe was laid back, professional, and always greeted me with a smile (so did Andre- there's your shout out Andre!). Although Joe takes a long time at the photocopier and the fax machine, he didn't mind going above and beyond to meet this picky customer's needs. Everyone at DCH was extremely friendly...even Paul! I don't think I met Paul but I see his name in a couple of reviews so he was great, also! Joe never pushed for me to buy a car that day...in fact it took over a week of "shopping around" before I settled on my CRV. Unbeatable customer support and a wonderful experience...overall Joe was very personable and a pleasure to do business with. Everyone at Honda made sure I got what I needed...all the way down to my very own DCH Academy pen imported from China! Joe made buying a car a breeze and was even helpful when I went back today for plates! I gave him a hefty tip for that, so to everyone at DCH Academy...lunch is on Joe Guzzo for the next week!! Only thing going for this place is the Price! Despite making an appointment to view the car upon arrival the car was dirty and appeared to be already owned by someone! It had trash, money, empty red-bull bottles, sunglasses, coats, money and was FILTHY! I came with my own financing to speed things up, HOWEVER, I waited OVER 2 HOURS for 10 minutes worth of paperwork, because an "emergency mandatory meeting" was called. Apparently the only people who could close the sale were in this meeting! While waiting with my 2 small children no one offered us ANYTHING! Not until I went into Mike's office did i notice a flat screen tv in a lounge that could have been entertaining my restless children, but again no one seemed to care about us waiting. Fast forward 20 days, my tags are expiring and I contacted the dealership and I'm basically told "OH WELL", we're waiting on Delaware. This after I've been calling all week. Asked for corporate number and address, and Michael Clites "didn't know it"! I had this problem before buying a car out-of-state, and simply requested for a letter to mailed overnight stating the facts, in case I get pulled over, and apparently thar was OUT OF THE QUESTION! After a bunch of back and forth Michael concluded, "he'll see what he can do". Needless to say, google knew corporate number and address, and I would NEVER BUY from this place again, and DEFINITELY would NOT RECOMMEND! More

This time my sales agent was Veronica Galluccio, she went above and beyond to find the vehicle that fit my needs and price. With the help of manager Rubin Arcilla, she was able to get everything I wanted and a payment plan I could feel comfortable with. She even got some touch up paint and fixed a scratch I made when I returned to pick up my plates. My wife was so pleased with the service, she wants me to go back and get her a new car too! I worked with Jorge Ramos primarily and I'm very glad I did! Like a dog on a bone, he didn't let up his effort till he found the deal that worked for me. After he listened carefully to understand what my personal parameters were and needed to be he worked his tail off to search their selection to come up with a few very good options (none of which were something I didn't ask for, you know how some dealers bring you what they want to sell not what you ask to buy) and in the end I had a better deal (interest rate, terms, warranty) on a better vehicle then I could have hoped for! I went in needing at least one good solid roomy vehicle to replace our sadly out grown & undersized family vehicle. Without the greatest trad-in , no money down and Jorge hits a home run. (I watched Red Sox close out Tigers on their big screen tv while waiting for paperwork) Jorge also did a great job for me on a vehicle for myself too! I came away with a solid trust in him so after the family need was met, just for laughs with no high hopes, I asked him to see what he could do for me. And a day later he did it again! Solid car, solid deal and solid warranty...Triple Play! As impressive as Jorge Ramos was in his effort, he was equally Professional, friendly and considerate of my circumstances. He never once said anything about "what he needed from the deal" it was always what he was trying to keep in the deal for me. Lastly, I need to also say a sincere Thank You to all the DCH Team that helped in both large and small ways to support Jorge in getting my car deals done. Big Thanks go to Veronica Galluccio & Ivon Lopez who couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful with test drives, paperwork and follow-up calls tying-up a few loose ends.
