Had a very bad experience with DCH academy honda. I feel we have been cheated big time. They sold us certified vehicle with all 4 damaged tires, some rattling noise everytime we but the brakes on or take a we have been cheated big time. They sold us certified vehicle with all 4 damaged tires, some rattling noise everytime we but the brakes on or take a turn, which they said it could be coz of a small ball inside the drivers seat. which i belived, but the noise is still there. i am ready to live with the noise but to go thru the hassle of getting it serviced by DCH academy honda. i had to go thru 3 days of hassle frustration loss of wages to make them realize their mistake abt the tires. Finally they agreed to pay half the amt needed to change all the tires. They told me to come next day at 10:00am to pick my vehicle. After taking off from work i reached there with my collegue who dropped me to their service center. When i enquired about my odyssey they said it is not ready. I asked them the reason they said we dont know. After showing them my frustration the manager came and put all the blame on Ruben and said he did not inform them that it has to be ready by 10:00am. They did not have a courtsey to even make a single call and let me know that it was going to take time to replace the tires. Someone from the service dept suggested i go and complain to the servicee mgr pete. when i reached to his office close to the new car office i told him about all the issues and frustration i went thru. all he kept saying is i am sorry there is nothing we can do. he told it is his showroom, his office and he does not want any scene there. i asked so you dont care abt the customers once u sell them the car?? he said i dont want to comment abt that. Anyways tired and frustrated i choose to wait and get it fixed the same day. They got my car with the tires and then i checked they did not do the allignment which was told to me my ruben and they would do. Again i had wait an hour for it. From 10am in the morning till2 pm in the afternoon i was there waiting ti get my car fixed which was purchased 2 months ago. Had i not taken my car for oil change to close by mechanic shop "princeton garage"i wouldnt have come to know that my the damaged tires which i was told they were dangerous to drive on highway . Anyways at around 2 pm i finally got my car done. I paid the amt and took my car. As a customer i would like to trust the dealership where i get my car from as i risk my kids safety putting them in that car. I would not recommend anyone to buy or get their car services from DCH. I request them to please pause for a moment and hear the customer. Dont turn your back on the customer as soon as u sell the car. Please try to be honest and perfect in what you do because ur imperfections and lies will cost the customers big time and as middle class hard working citizen i can only say we cannot afford to pay the price for ur imperfections and lies. More

I was referred to your dealership through the Costco program after having a bad experience at another Honda dealership in Northern New Jersey. Ms. Galluccio called me back immediately after the weekend program after having a bad experience at another Honda dealership in Northern New Jersey. Ms. Galluccio called me back immediately after the weekend to set up an appointment for late morning on Monday. In person, she was pleasant and gracious, without any of the hard-sell methods that can be so irritating. She listened to me, verified the cars I'd located on the Internet, and showed me whatever I needed to see. The price was right on the car I wanted and Ms. Galluccio tried to work with me on anything I needed. I bought a 2010 Honda Accord LX on the spot. Financing could not have been easier. I traded in my 1999 Honda Accord EX-L and drove away in my new-looking, pre-certified vehicle. I'd recommend Ms. Galluccio for her gentle, direct manner and DCH Academy Honda on Route 9 anytime. More

I was very fortunate to have Veronica Galluccio as sales consultant and Dmitry Rybakov as business manager in purchasing my Pre-Certified Honda Accord. They individually and collectively dealt with me with the highest standards of professionalism, honesty, integrity, patience, and understanding my needs. This is my fourth Pre-Owned Honda, but the first time I went to DCH Academy Honda. I searched my previous dealers, but was not satisfied. I logged onto DCH web-site, sent an email of my needs, and Veronica was immediately on the case to meet (and exceed) my needs while keeping within my price range. At every aspect of the transaction, including my trade in, the team treated us as if we were a valuable, long term customer, even before we finalized on and purchase. I went to two Honda dealerships before being referred to Joe from Jackson, NJ at DCH Academy. He's very nice and always smiling. He made me feel good coming so far. It was a pleasure because he stayed in the loop throughout my sell. I was nervous, but him and Veronica were great. I was treated very nice and when I arrived for my appointment I was greeted with smiles. That mean so much especially since I traveled all the way from Pennsylvania. I will definitely refer friends and family to this dealership. At one point I felt I was frustrating the young lady, but she still was professional and kept a smile. I will never buy a different car I'm so happy. I hope they keep in touch because I felt like family. :o) Thank you so much for your kindness. More

I highly recommend buying your used certified Honda at this dealership. Dave was extremely helpful, patient, and informative. Set up an appointment over phone with Veronica to look at an Accord LX on Saturday. She showed us the car, we didn't like it so she found us another to try. We test drove the Accord and somehow ended up te an Accord LX on Saturday. She showed us the car, we didn't like it so she found us another to try. We test drove the Accord and somehow ended up test driving and buying a 2010 Honda CR-V. There was no pressure or game playing. We got a good price on a certified car. Gerry Bruno helped out with the paperwork and was very informative and helpful. The dealership has a nice atmosphere. We kept waiting for some "hidden costs" and they never appeared. Our son will be driving next year and we will go straight to Academy Honda. 5 STAR!!! Dealership. Thank you, we love our CRV. More
