My granddaughter was looking for a car. She had been to Bommarito in Hazelwood before and was very pleased with them, so even though there were several dealerships nearer to our home, she She had been to Bommarito in Hazelwood before and was very pleased with them, so even though there were several dealerships nearer to our home, she knew she could trust the one in Hazelwood. We had an appointment with Vickie to see what they had to offer. I only went since I was driving but out of curiosity, I asked about the Broncos. Vickie found one near the back of a large lot and asked if I would like to test drive it. She wasn't pushy at all, and was very informative about the features. I found working with her was so easy. During all of this, Vickie was also assisting my granddaughter locate the perfect vehicle for her! I was so impressed with the Bronco that Vickie showed me that I ended up purchasing it, and my granddaughter got the vehicle she had wanted. Vickie did a whole lot of walking back and forth in the large car lot, but she never complained. She was strictly a professional, and we felt she had our best interests at heart. My granddaughter bought the vehicle she wanted, and even though I didn't go to buy, I did buy my Bronco that day! Not Happy Purchased a 2016 Lincoln Mkc with only 5900 mile on it, I was told I could get a better interest rate with him than going though my bank 15% , but instead it was much higher 22%, lower car pay mile on it, I was told I could get a better interest rate with him than going though my bank 15% , but instead it was much higher 22%, lower car payment under 500 but much higher 506. Then come to find out after week of having the car. the fuel sending unit gas gauge isn't working, and the shop is refusing to fix it. This is poor business i wish i took my business to another lot. Only having the car for a month and problems at the beginning, forcing me to deal with existing problems and keep the car. Everything was a lie just to get a sale by talking good game. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Poor business. Going to BBB. More
