We were lied to by Nick Farace when we purchased our truck. We told him the payments were unaffordable and he said to come back in 6 months and he would refinance our loan. Not Happy Purchased a 2016 Lincoln Mkc with only 5900 mile on it, I was told I could get a better interest rate with him than going though my bank 15% , but instead it was much higher 22%, lower car pay mile on it, I was told I could get a better interest rate with him than going though my bank 15% , but instead it was much higher 22%, lower car payment under 500 but much higher 506. Then come to find out after week of having the car. the fuel sending unit gas gauge isn't working, and the shop is refusing to fix it. This is poor business i wish i took my business to another lot. Only having the car for a month and problems at the beginning, forcing me to deal with existing problems and keep the car. Everything was a lie just to get a sale by talking good game. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Poor business. Going to BBB. More
